Seneca Enterprises provides firefighting services for controlled burns and wild fires throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan for both the Ministry of Forests and Parks Canada. The 2010 summer may be another busy fire season as BC received only about half of it's normal precipitation this past winter. All fire fighters must successfully complete annual S-100 Basic Fire Suppression and Safety, S-185 Fire Entrapment Avoidance and an annual Physical Fitness Test.
